Mr. Chan was the top agent. Unfortunately he has been removed from duties right after a mission failure, his partner (Wonder Child) made a mistake and offended the policewoman Ms Shek unintentionally. Chan felt very depressive after the dismission, he always believes himself as the savior of the world rather than just operating a private agency…

One day, a financial officer goes crazy by drug infecting, he suddenly dances himself alone in feminine dressing. No one knows what is happening! Ms Shek has no choice but put the problems aside to ask Mr. Chan giving her a hands for solving this mysterious case. Having waited for 20 years, Mr. Chan has back to his style, spending money extravagantly, driving a luxury car with pretty, and tasting red wine. Accidentally he blows up the financial officer’s apartment during his investigation. It makes Ms Shek so sad. With the evidence to show this case has been involved with a Cyber Goddess. Ms Shek orders Mr. Chan and Wonder Child go to Japan together in doing a deeper investigation of the Otaku Culture. Mr. Chan is inevitably to make up himself in a sloppy appearance. It makes him feeling depressive since every woman look down upon him.

After a deep studying the Otaku culture in Japan, Mr. Chan has discovered that the Cyber Goddess and her followers have planned to make a big drug explosion in the community. Taken the advantage by understanding the habit and preference of the Otaku culture, Mr. Chan successfully to arrest some of the followers before their action. However, one of the fascinated followers has insisted to complete the plan even though he will sacrifice himself in the mission. It makes the situation become out of control.
